This process entails building a detailed assessment of your current health and lifestyle and how you can use a holistic approach to help you achieve your health goals. Together, we will come up with a treatment plan tailored just for your unique needs. If you like, the assessment can be done before your appointment to help us develop a treatment plan that is custom-made for you! The whole process takes anywhere from 15-30 minutes.
